"Nrityalika"
is well-know Regd. Institution teaching Bharatnatyam , Folk & General
Dances to its 400 students , through it's 26 different classes at Mumbai
, Nallasopara & Nashik .It has a hardworking , dedicated teaching
& management staff . Most of the student of this institute are prize
winner in various Dance Competitions and also are shining in related Art
field like Stage shows , Dramas, T.V.Serial , Ad Films & Cinema .
Through "Asmita Maharashtrachi " Programme, Artists
of the institute have performed all over the Maharashtra & outside
also.
Guruporima Celebration , Dance Workshops , Annual Gathering Arangetram
are regular features of the Institute . Annual Exams are conducted in
two batches every year . The organisation also helps by way of giving
donation to School Organisation like Vanvasi Kalyan
Kendra , Talasari , Relief fund for Movad etc. The organisation also recognises
one Senior Artist from the art field every year by way of " Senior
Artist Award ".
Smt Kishu Pal , the founder
of Nrityalika has a Masters Degree in Hindi and Visharad in Bharatnatyam
. She started the organisation Nrityalika 12 years ago , which has become
a Premier Institution now . Smt Kishu Pal is the Principal of the institution
& also Producer and the Director of the famous Cultural Show "
Asmita Maharashtrachi " which has done more that 500 shows
all over Maharastra and still going strong .She has propogated Culture
,environment & Patriotism by producing and directing ballet like "Utsav
", "Picnic" , and "Bal Krantiveer Shirisirkumar "
Smt Kishu Pal is a disciple of Guru Shee Venugopal Pillai , Smt Jayshree
Pillai & Shree Chandrakant Hadkar in Bharatnatyam alongwith folk and
creative dances taught by Shree Subal Sarkar to all of whom she regards
in high respect .

Gurus VenuGopal and Jayashree Pillai are husband and wife team
teaching Bharatnatyam of the Tanjavur Gharana . Both are disciples of
Guru Acharya Parvati Kumar and were participants in his dance ballet ,
Discovery of India by Indian National Theatre . Guru Venugopal Pillai
is the nephew of Chandranshekar Pillai who was the taacher of Guru Acharya
Parvati Kumar .
Guru Chandrakant Hadkar , a noted Veteran of Ballet and Bharatnatyam ,
has performed for Bharatiya Kala Kendra , Indian National Theatres . Guru
Chandrakant Hadkar's source of Inspiration is Guru Parvati Kumar and he
is the disciple of Guru Chandrashekar Pillai and Guru Venugopal Pillai
